Ha ha, there's even a fucking photo of Sean Connery for sale.

Random!

All proceeds to the club? Be nice if they stuck a portion to charity, but fuck it, we need all the money we can get for transfers.

Re: WHU Auction!
some of the prices are unreal. like £50 for a small plaque which says RECEPTION/ Like OM said, they should have started at £0 or at least 99p.

Re: WHU Auction!
With the dollars they have made out of the move the proceeds from this should be going towards the WHU charities... talk about sell your soul...

Re: WHU Auction!
What's the deal with it? The bidding just carries on for every item all through the duration of the entire auction, or they go bit by bit on certain dates?

I had a look yesterday and loads of items with no picture which was a bit annoying.

jack flash 12:03 Wed May 18
Re: WHU Auction!
The money raised should be going to the Bobby Moore fund

Re: WHU Auction!
100% agreed Jack.... Just makes me feel sad seeing all those trophies, plaques, pennants, shirts etc... I mean they are a part of our history... you telling me that the 3 Stooges could not put a place by at the Hotpoint to show all this stuff off??

Some of the stuff however is abso laughable... I mean... come on???

Re: WHU Auction!
Given that History starts in 87 days I'm surprised they haven't just set fire to all this old shit from the club formally known as West Ham United so people don't get confused with the new West Ham United London.

They could have built a small museum, dotted it about the Corporate areas at the OS, or just done a charity auction with 0p starting prices.

But no, just like the classless two-bob car boot sale wankers these cunts are they've decided to hawk the fans for more money to line the coffers.

They've just got nigh on £200m in prize money and TV revenue, what's £100k or whatever to the Bobby Moore Fund or West Ham Pals?

Re: WHU Auction!
And the cheeky fuckers are sticking reserves on things too.

a simple door sign, that actually has a lot of personal significance to me has a bid value of £120 at the moment and still not met the reserve price.

cheeky fuckers
